HB Technologies & SCS Automaberg: 12 years of relationship 04-11-2024

Reaching the milestone of 1000 machines sold is an achievement that SCS Automaberg is proud to celebrate. This not only marks the commitment to innovation and hard work that stand us out, but also a synonym of satisfaction that distinguishes our valued customers.

Satisfaction that HB Technologies, company based in Algeria and specialising in digital security, embedded electronics, and IT solutions for smart card technology, has shown more and more through the years.

As the destination of our 1000th machine, this represents our 4th machine to be implemented in their production, confirming a nearly 12-year bond of mutual trust.

The model in question is the DCH200, the automatic die cutting machine specifically designed for niche production and a wide range of materials, offering fast die changes and the capability to process rigid cards types. This flexibility makes it ideal for producing items such as scratch and loyalty cards.

HB Technologies sought a solution for efficiently die-cutting thick materials with flexible production capabilities throughout the day.

The DCH 200, capable of up to 200 tons of pressure, addresses this need, ensuring high-quality results without compromising on traditional dies. It enables the processing of thick material into stripped and blanked products without requiring nick points, making it the optimal solution for HB technologies’ requirements.

To celebrate this long-lasting relationship we had the honour of hosting at our headquarters Aïssa Benyoucef, owner of HB technologies, along with his wife and the company’s technical advisor: Jamel Zerouk.

Their visit gave us the chance to showcase the behind-the-scenes magic that goes into creating each of our machines and to reinforce the strong relation we share. From the initial design process to the final touches of craftsmanship, our guest experienced firsthand the innovation that drives SCS Automaberg.
